International Yoga Day: Twitter introduces special emoji

You can tweet about International Yoga Day using related hashtags for the emoji to appear.

International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21.

It's International Yoga Day tomorrow and Twitter is celebrating it with a special emoji. Twitter regularly introduces dedicated emojis for special occasions.

Twitter's custom emoji for International Yoga Day 2020 will be triggered with certain hashtags. These hashtags will appear as recommendations whenever you type anything related to yoga. The emoji will appear for hashtags in English and Hindi both. Twitter has listed the hashtags that have been customised for the emoji.

The emoji has the Indian tricolour in the background with the figure of a person performing Siddhasana. Twitter also has a special emoji for Father's Day which is on June 21 as well. It's visible on the hashtag #FathersDay shows a yellow rose as the emoji.

Snapchat has also introduced a new feature for Bitmoji that basically teaches yoga poses. Snapchat users can now learn different yoga poses from their Bitmojis. Some of the asanas Snapchat Bitmojis can teach you include Vrikshasana, Samasthithi and Sukhasana. You can also share your Bitmoji doing different yoga poses.
