    It was an interesting day in the world of technology today. On one hand, Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 870 SoC. On the other hand, Xiaomi launched the Mi Notebook 14 (IC) laptop in India.

    In addition to that, Vivo launched the Vivo Y20G smartphone in India.

    Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 launched

    Qualcomm today launched the Snapdragon 870 5G processor. This SoC succeeds the Snapdragon 865+ and it will be coming up in flagship devices from Motorola, Iqoo, Oppo and Xiaomi.

    Mi Notebook 14 IC launched in India

    Xiaomi today launched the Mi Notebook 14 (IC) laptop in India. It comes with the 10th gen Intel Core i5 Comet Lake processor, and it has an HD webcam. It costs 43,999 for the base model with 256GB SSD storage space.

    Vivo Y20G launched in India

    Vivo today launched the Vivo Y20G smartphone in India. It is priced at 14,990 and it is available in black and blue colour variants.

    VLC Media Player gets support for M1 Macs

    VLC Media Player today gained native support for Apple Silicon Macs and Big Sur, bringing optimisations to performance and power use while watching videos that traditionally consume a lot of power. The news was announced by VLC via its official Twitter handle.

    Gmail for web lets you resize Chats, Rooms in sidebar

    Google has rolled out an update to the web version of Gmail that enables users to resize the Chat and Rooms sections in the navigation bar on the left side. This update will be rolled out to Gmail users across the globe in the coming days.
