Call of Duty Mobile Season 2 Day of Reckoning: New game events, bug fixes, and more

Call of Duty Mobile Season 2 is set to get more interesting with a bunch of new in-game events.

Here's what's new in Call of Duty Mobile (CoD Mobile)

It has been more than a week since the Call of Duty Mobile Season 2: Day of Reckoning rolled out. Developers earlier this week published the latest community feedback to give an overview of the upcoming in-game events, feedback, bug fixes, and other things.

Condemning racism

Activision has condemned racism against Asian communities.

“At Activision Blizzard, we condemn racism in the strongest possible terms. Our mission – to connect and engage the world through epic entertainment – cannot be accomplished without diverse voices, views, backgrounds, and perspectives. Members of many communities work side-by-side to deliver our experiences and content to players, leagues, fans, and partners. We actively work to dispel hate and intolerance by creating a wide array of diverse characters in our game and by creating a safe and inclusive environment for our players. Today, and every day, we stand with the Asian community and look to do our part to #StopAsianHate #StopAAPIHate,” the company said in a statement.

Apart from Activision, other technology firms such as Microsoft and Amazon have also condemned racism.

Acts of hate and violence continue to unfold, including yesterday's horrifying attack on members of the Asian community. We're angry and saddened, and we start today more determined to bring people together across the world to accelerate the work necessary to drive change.

In-game events

Call of Duty Mobile has also revealed the list of in-game events that will take place in the coming days. Check the list below:

Store Update: For You

Call of Duty Mobile has added a new section in the Store. Called “For You”, the section allows users to access previously released lucky draws. The feature could help users complete an old weapon set or just take a look at the new releases. If someone has already completed the majority of those draws, the For You section will not be applicable.

Bug fixes

Developers have also provided a list of bugs they have fixed. They also shared fixes that are scheduled to be rolled out in the coming days.

Bugs that have been fixed are invisible phantom skin, fast movement glitch/exploit, Ghost – Jawbone Cape, Avatar reset to default button not displayed, misaligned SPR Ironsights, random death cries heard in BR, and Karambit - Ruptured Steel not appearing in-game.

Developers will also soon roll out fixes for issues relating to audio with operators, loot rarely not spawning in the Battle Royale mode, and notifications for new items in the store.
