GoDaddy announces discounts on domain transfers in India: Here’s what that means

GoDaddy on Thursday announced a special offer for users in India. The internet domain registrar and web hosting company said that it is offering discounts on bulk transfers using the GoDaddy Domain Transfer service.

GoDaddy's new discounted price plan offers customers with 50 or more ‘.in' domains the ability to transfer each unit at a reduced price of ₹289 for the first year. The company said that this special price would reinforce the company's continued commitment to support .IN domain holders and local businesses across India by providing them with affordable, easy to use tools and solutions to confidently manage and successfully grow their ventures online.

As far as other details are concerned, ‘.com' domain transfer costs ₹591.85, while the ‘.in' domain transfers cost ₹449 in India. The company is also offering up to 31% off when users register or transfer six or more .com domains at once.

GoDaddy said that customers in India are increasingly looking for the right registrar to manage their domains. GoDaddy provides a centralized solution, intuitive domain management tools, and real-time domain monitoring to help to ensure sites are running.

It also offers GoDaddy Guides to customers, who want support with managing their domains.

In addition to that, the company offers a wide variety of domain names to choose from, in different local languages including .com, .in, co.in, .co, .org, among others.
