Samsung’s latest firmware update for S20 users brings camera improvements

Samsung has also ended the support for MirrorLink with the latest firmware update.

Samsung has rolled out a new firmware update for Galaxy S20 users. The latest firmware update brings July security patch. It also features camera improvements. 

The camera improvements include fixing quality of zoomed images. It also aims to enhance video stabilisation. According to the website, the firmware update does not fix some of the already known issues, such as autofocus on Galaxy S20 Ultra.

The latest firmware update for Samsung Galaxy S20 brings the support for using Bluetooth microphones to record audio through the voice recorder app. Samsung has removed the MirrorLink support on the S20 phones. 

According to Sammobile, the update is currently rolling out in South Korea. It should be available in other markets very soon. The update has G98xNKSU1ATFD version and is roughly 370MB in size. 

Samsung's latest firmware update is available for Galaxy S20, Galaxy S0 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra users. To check for the update, go to Settings on your device. Tap on Software Update. If the update is available, you will be able to download and install it right away.
