If you own the PS5 with DualSense controller, but mostly end up gaming on your iPhones and iPad models or even Apple TV, Sony has some good news for you. The Japanese tech firm has announced that gamers can now use the PS5 DualSense controller to play on iPhones and iPads. This is possible with the company's PS Remote Play app that lets you play their games remotely on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android or PS4 console. Although this feature was limited to PS4 DualShock controller, now it has reached the next-gen console's controller as well.

You can use the DualSense controller by connecting it via Bluetooth on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch models running iOS 14.5 and later OS versions. It is also compatible with macOS Big Sur 11.3 and later versions.

So, how do you connect the DualSense controller with a compatible Apple device? Follow these steps:

- Turn on pairing mode on the controller and make sure the player indicator on the controller is off. To switch it off, press and hold the PS button. Also, disconnect the USB connector (if only it is connected).

- While pressing and holding the create button, press and hold the PS Button until the light bar blinks.

- Enable Bluetooth on the Apple device.

- Select the controller from the list of Bluetooth devices. That's it.

It is worth adding that a controller can be paired with only one device at a time. Each time you change devices, the controller must be paired with it.

In case you want to reconnect the DualSense controller with the PS5 console, it is possible by connecting it with the USB cable. Then you can press the PS button and that's it.
