The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray-equipped variant of Sony's elusive next-gen console PlayStation 5 is available for pre-order in India now. This is the 11th time the PS5 has been made available in India, since its launch. If you want to buy PS5 online, you can pre-order it on Amazon, Croma, Flipkart, GameLoot, Games The Shop, Reliance Digital, Sony Center, and Vijay Sales.

Sony India struggles to meet PS5 demand

Every single time, online retailers have failed to deal with the demand load, leaving fans disappointed. Disappointingly, Croma, Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital and others are known to cancel PlayStation 5 pre-orders over the challenges posed by teh massive demand that Sony cannot keep up with.

Meanwhile, Sony Center website ShopAtSC will start to deliver the allocated stocks around 12th January 2022 and onwards. However, they have asked customers to be ready for a delay in their delivery services due to regulations imposed by lockdown/ curfew at various locations.

Other official PS5 online retailers like Amazon, Croma, Flipkart, GameLoot, Games The Shop, Reliance Digital, and Vijay Sales haven't declared the expected shipping dates. But buyers can expect them to be in line with Sony Center's expected date or they might deliver earlier than January 12. Earlier during June, July, August, and October PlayStation 5 restocks, several customers shared that their PS5 pre-orders were shipped prior to the announced shipping date.

Where and how you can pre-order PS5 in India

The PS5 December restock is available for pre-order at Sony India's retail shops ShopAtSC, Amazon India, Vijay Sales, Flipkart, Tata-owned Croma, Reliance Digital, as well as GameLoot, and Games The Shop.

You don't need to have an account to pre-order PS5 from Vijay Sales, GameLoot, and Games The Shop. You can simply visit their official website and provide your email id and phone number to place your order.

However, those willing to order from Amazon, Croma, Flipkart, Reliance Digital or ShopAtSC, will be required to first make an account there to place their order.

Pre-order PS5 offers in India

Reliance Digital is offering 10 percent cashback up to Rs. 10,000 (on cart value above Rs. 50,000) on EMI transactions with ZestMoney, 7.5 percent discount up to Rs. 5,000 on American Express cards, and 10 percent cashback up to Rs. 2,500 with OneCard credit cards.

Croma is giving away 5 percent cashback up to Rs. 2,500 on EMI transactions with Citi Bank credit cards, as well as easy EMI options on most credit cards.

Similarly, Amazon, Flipkart, Vijay Sales and ShopAtSC are also giving away attractive discounts.
