It was an interesting day in the world of technology today. Google today rolled out an update to Google Maps that will make it easy for users to travel between their frequently traveled destinations. In addition to that FAU-G registrations touched the one million mark.

Netflix announces Streamfest
Netflix is hosting a two-day event on December 5 and 6 called Streamfest wherein anyone in India will be able to watch Netflix for free. The StreamFest will start at 12:01 am on December 5, and it will end at 11:59 pm on December 6.
Google Maps gets an update
Google has rolled out an update on Google Maps that will enable users to travel between their frequently traveled destinations with just one tap. The app is getting a new Go tab wherein users can pin their most traveled destinations for easy access.
FAU-G hits 1 million registrations
FAU-G registrations went live on November 30. In three days, the game has garnered over one million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store.
Flipkart announces spin-off of PhonePe
Flipkart today announced a partial spin-off of PhonePe. The partial spin-off will also provide PhonePe an opportunity to constitute a new Board of Directors focused on supporting its development. It will help the digital payments platform to access dedicated capital to fund its long-term ambitions over the next three to four years.
Infinix Zero 8i launched in India
Infinix today launched the Infinix Zero 8i smartphone in India. It costs 14,999 and it will go on sale in India on December 9.
