Lenovo-owned Motorola on Tuesday launched two new Moto E series smartphones in India. Moto E5 Plus and Moto E5 budget smartphones are priced at ₹11,999 and ₹9,999 respectively. Both smartphones were first unveiled this April. Moto E5 Plus will be available exclusively via Amazon India starting tonight at 12:00am. Moto E5, on the other hand will be available at Moto Hub. Motorola has a few launch offers on Amazon like flat ₹800 discount for SBI card holders, no cost EMIs, 130GB of Reliance Jio data, and more. Moto E5 is also up for grabs with Jio’s additional data offer. Moto E5 Plus and E5 are the first smartphones in the series to feature Moto Display. Under the hood of the smartphone runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. For photography, Moto E5 Plus sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus. The rear camera can also be used to scan QR codes, barcodes and business cards. Up front, there’s a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens and selfie flash. The front and rear cameras on Moto E5 Plus will have professional modes. Moto E5 has a smaller 5.7-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery along with a 10W rapid charger.
