Honor launched its latest smartphone with a ‘notch display’ in India today. Honor 9N is available in three storage variants with a starting price of ₹11,999. The smartphone will be available in India starting July 31 exclusively via Flipkart and Honor’s e-store.Honor 9N is an upgrade over the Honor 9 Lite which was launched earlier this January in India. The biggest difference between the two is the notch display design. Honor 9N also features a 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone comes in four colour options of midnight black, sapphire blue, lavender purple, and robin egg blue. The smartphone packs a 3,000mAh battery, and runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMIUI 8.0 on the software front. Vivo on Thursday launched its all-screen Nex smartphone in India. Vivo Nex stands out for its pop-up selfie camera and a full-screen display sans the notch. The all-screen display boasts a screen-to-body ratio of 91.24%.
